What’s Changing
Amazon has changed the certificate chain associated with AWS-issued certificates. As a result, our service’s northbound interfaces will begin using this new certificate chain.
Action Required
To guarantee uninterrupted access and prevent disruptions, all clients and integrations must be updated to recognize and work with the new certificate chain by January 30, 2025. Verifying that your systems are fully compatible with the changed chain is essential to eliminate any potential connectivity issues.
