Operators can now better triage error reports by flagging them and adding comments, improving collaboration during incident analysis. System activities are captured in the audit-log API and surfaced via a new audit-log tab on system details, similar to recipe audit-log. Additional improvements prevent invalid module update definitions, extend error report retrieval options, and fix incorrect HATEOAS links.

System audit logging

System-level audit logs provide better traceability of changes and actions on individual systems. This release adds tagging operations as initial event to the audit-log. Future releases will extend the logged actions and events.
