• Support Ticketing in UI — Create/Browse Support tickets from Rollouts UI - track their status, sort them and use direct links to open them in Support Portal. Now tracking of ongoing Tickets and creating new ones is easier then ever with the automatic fill up of template data like - affected tenant, affected entity url and possibility to add attachments.
